The 505L is the Maxi-Comfort line's chair intended for a taller person. The Maxi-Comfort chairs allow the user to position the chair to the correct spinal alignment for the S-curve of your spine. This results in increased back pressure relief as well as disc compression reduction.

The Maxi-Comfort line introduces zero gravity technology in a lift chair. This zero gravity technology allows the legs to be elevated above the heart which creates an open angle between torso and thighs. This helps relieve pressure on the lower back because your back is in the correct resting position. Another benefit of this positioning is easier breathing due to lung capacity expansion, created by the opening between the torso and the thighs. This position also helps improve circulation and minimizes stress on the heart.
